CANCELLATION POLICY

All clients are required to acknowledge all policies when booking an appointment. Please read all thoroughly **Booking Policy** If I have assigned a deposit to your appointment, this will go towards the total of your service provided. Please understand, the booking deposit also holds your spot, if paid I will honor your appointment. This must be paid at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If the deposit is not paid in full 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, I am eligible to mark you as a “no show” for your appointment time, resulting in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. **Cancellation Policy** I understand you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please allow a 24 hour notice, so I am given the opportunity to attempt to fill the slot with someone on my waitlist. If a proper 24 hour notice is not received, I do reserve the right to charge 50% of the missed service total before we are able to reschedule your appointment. *Late Policy** If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, you may be obligated to forfeit your appointment time due to scheduling conflicts.
